OBEY INSTRUCTIONS OF OFFICIAL TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES

The driver of any vehicle shall obey the instructions of an official traffic control device, unless otherwise directed by a police officer.
However, in order to obey, you must first, understand how to read the images, colors, and shape of signs, signals, and road markings.
