How It Works
01. How does online traffic school work?

Traffic School Course Eligibility
02. Why should I take traffic school?

If you get a ticket, traffic school keeps that ticket off your driving record, so you can avoid getting a point. This then keeps your insurance rates from rising—which is also good for your wallet. Lastly traffic school is a great way to learn defensive driving skills in order to become a better driver.

03. Can I attend traffic school for a traffic violation?
04. If my court is not approved, can I still take the course?
05. My traffic school due date is tomorrow. Can I still take this course?

Yes, but you must complete your final test on or before your traffic school due date.

At this point, it’s a good idea to get an extension on your due date. You must contact your court for an extension because we cannot extend your traffic school due date. If you’re not sure when your due date is, you can simply contact your court to find out.

Course Information
06. How long will it take for me to finish this online traffic school course?

This will vary depending on your individual pace, but our online course is usually shorter than an in-class course. With our traffic school course, there are no time restrictions. That means you can always go at your pace and log in and out whenever you want. Think how fast time can fly if you do 20 minutes here and there!

07. Is there a time limit for the online course?
08. What languages can I take the online class in?
09. How do I take the final exam?

Depending on your court’s requirements, you will be required to take one of the following:
1. An online final test
2. An online final exam and an in-person final test

10. What if I don't pass my final exam the first time?
No problem. You can retake the final exam as many times as you need free of charge.
11. What do I need to do after I complete the course?
After you’re done with your online traffic school, depending on your court and its regulations, we will either send your certificate to the court for processing or mail it to you. If your court requires us to mail the Certificate of Completion to you, it will be your responsibility to notify the court that you have completed traffic school. The price of mailing this certificate is included in your course fee.
12. Where do I find my Court Docket, Ticket, Case, or Citation number?
You can find this information on your Agreement to Attend Traffic School Form. This information will go on your Certificate of Completion, so double check to be sure it is entered correctly. Not doing so may cause your certificate to be delayed, lost, or rendered invalid by your court.

Payment and Refund Information
13. What’s included in the course fee?
The course fee includes everything you need to complete online traffic course and covers the cost of a Certificate of Completion sent by either regular mail or electronically to your court. How we send out your Certificate of Completion depends on your court’s requirements. Once you start, you can choose to upgrade your Certificate of Completion shipment for faster delivery if you want.
