them mofuckas never came to pick my ass up when i was scheduled for my behind the wheel training. this was a wast of my fuckin money!!

great learning environment and people were extreamly nice and patient with me.

absolutely horrible! still haven't gotten my behind the wheel training

My son took the class in January, August rolled around and still no word about getting his behind the wheel training. After leaving at least 15 messages someone finally calls to set up his behind the wheel training and then never shows up!! They never called to say they weren't coming, nor did they call to reschedule, we had to always call them. My son waited not once, but six different times, and all six of those times no one even bothered to give us a call to say they would not be able to make it. They just left him waitng. Finally in the beginning of October they finished his behind the wheel training, they told him that they would get him his certificate and here it is November 16, 2007, NO CERTIFICATE!! I think that it is awful that it has taken this long, and that we are still waiting. From January until present and we still can't get a response!! I, like many others have made many, many calls and no one returns my calls. I have spoken to the owner twice within the last week, I called in the evening and to my surprise someone answered. The first time I called he said that he would pull his file and see if the certificate had been sent. He said he would call me back. He never called so I called him back last night, 5 days after I last spoke with him and again he said, "Let me pull his file and get back to you" He was suppose to have pulled his file 5 days ago. My son should have been done with his training months ago and he should have had his certificate by now, In fact he should have had his license. It has been very discouraging for my son. I'm very angry and have also filed a complaint with the DMV. The owners are very unprofessional and should not be able to operate a business in such a manner. I will be relieved when my son does finally get his certificate. This has been such a headache!! and for those of you still waiting... Don't let up, be persistent!! I have two other teens and they will NOT be going to A-1 Driving Academy!!!

Class room was OK. On the road is who knows, no plan, no instructors and no call back from the owners. I filed a complaint with the DMV. Do not go here..

Paid for driving school in January for my son and as of Sept that's right 8 months down the road still waiting for the driving instructor to call for road time. Have left over 50 messages during this time frame and have never received a call back had to go in the school one evening during class just to get someone to talk to me. Got a song and dance out of the young man inside who once again said someone would call still have not received call. It wouldn't be so bad if they would atleast respond to phone calls very bad business to deal with. Just wanted to warn other parents so you don't end up in the same position.

They are taking sooo freaking long to get the behind the wheel training. DO NOT GO here if you want your license soon, Otherwise the teachers are great.

The teachers are great but once your waiting for driving with the instructor they have very low performance. Taking weeks to awnser calls and to schedule appointments.
