this school is a nightmare! If I could send my daughter somewhere else I would. However, we are in the middle of driving hours and need to JUst Get It Done. The office help stink, Dianne is way over her head as far as running the office But my daughter says she can teach someone to drive inthe car she is good enough as long as the student keeps her focused on the task of driving. WILL NOT SEND MY SON HERE.

A few of you said that their license has been revoked. How can we find out if this is true? If it is true, will other diving schools at least honor the classwork the kids did???

My son is signed up for classes at the end of August for this driving school and after reading the reviews here I am EXTREMELY NERVOUS. If they have truly revoked A&E's accreditation then why are they still accepting clients? Di'anne best keep herself in shipshape form when it comes to further DRIVING CLASSES & ANSWERING HER PHONES, as well as scheduling DRIVING LESSONS. Di'Anne if you shall read these comments HOPEFULLY You will answer all of these previous clients and do them good.

I feel sorry for my son who attended all the required classes and did all the homework and testing and now we are being told that he did not finish all his classes and did not turn in his tests. Really an awful experience. Thay are dis organized, never return phone calls and are awful people to deal with. I am in on any legal action that needs to be taken.

The Better Business Bureau recently revoked A&E Driving School's accreditation. Cited are an unsatisfactory record and unanswered complaints about service issues / delayed completion of service. We are in the middle of a nightmare for a lengthy list of "missing" classwork from the five day quick course -- including the mysteriously missing mid term and final. I read the warnings on this site, but hoped they weren't true, as this is the driving school affiliated with Westwood High. Hopefully they will drop that affiliation. Regrettably, we are now experiencing the worst case scenario, and the warnings here should have been heeded. I am heartsick to see my child being prohibited from proceeding on through the licensing process, pending proof that the work was done, that the classes were attended (they claim one was missed), and that all requisite paperwork was turned in. Phone calls go unanswered. Good money was paid, but from step one the services delivered by A&E have been of highly questionable quality. If a class action suit is a recourse, I will join in.

I have been trying to contact the school for a month to schedule driving time for my 16 year old. She took the classwork in April but no one from the school has ever contacted us about scheduling the driving. They only have office hours 11 - 5 and don't seem to be attending phones between 12 - 1. I have not reached a real person in over 2 weeks and their mailbox is always full. When I have reached a real person, they take my number but no one has ever called back. I doubt that I will send my other two children to this driving school. I can not recommend this school.

Dianne is a great person. We've shared so many special moments together. She even let me sleep in her bed with her when i had nowhere else to go. She's so soft and cuddly. I gave her 5 stars because she's an excellent instructor, excellent cook, excellent massager, and excellent in bed.

My son went to this school .He did say that the teacher tells alot of stories. I did not believe him when he said that no one picks up the phone there or that he handed in work and was told he did not ,but from what I've read on here it is true.

She was the worst driving teacher ever. She said all the kids in my class never passed in work and we did. This school was horrible

WORST EXPERIENCE THAT WONT END! I was eligable for my license April 3rd and i am only on my 3rd driving lesson because Dianne never picks up her phone and her office phone is always full with messages and now she tells me that i wont be able to get lessons untill June...I WANT MY FREAKIN LICENSE! At this rate it is not possible because dianne is so disorganized and slow...she is always late and i agree with everything that each of these people are saying! I know because im going through it right now!

This place sucks! Dianne was the worst ever she claimed i never passed in anything so now i cant do my driving hours. I never learned anything in her class. She only talked about herself. sometimes her crazy talks went through our lunch time giving us less time to eat. She is the worst driving teacher ever!!
