I can't believe some of the negative responses. My daughter had class and training here, and they were absolutely wonderful. She was not slighted any of her class time or driving time. They were very polite and organized. My son is due to get his permit in August, and we will go back. Keep up the great work. |

I think that all of the good comments that were posted here were from the owner himself Chris it is to bad when he has to put down other driving schools to make himself look better. do yourself a favor and call and ask questions from other schools before signing up at aggain us that what his motto is give me the money and i don;t care |

Agganis Driving School is the most comprehensive driving program in New England.
To address the comment from “A Parent” in regards to “Chevy vs Cadillac pricing”
If price is a concern rest assured that you will save 10% off of your automobile insurance once you complete the program, a SAVINGS that just about pays for the entire program.
With this in mind I would recommend choosing a driving school that offers more for your money. Statistics are clear that teenagers between 16-20 have the largest amount of accidents involving serious injury or death. I am suggesting that most driving schools ONLY teach bare minimums and offer very little during their classes and driving lessons.
Please compare the quality and content before you enroll your child into any driver education program. All parents as of September 1st 2007 must complete a 2 hour class before a child can receive a driver’s license. This class which explains all about the program will also aid in assisting the parents in practicing various driving maneuvers. Agganis offers this class every other Saturday, FREE of charge to anyone who is interested in leaning about the new laws and requirements as well as for you to evaluate and compare their program for yourself. www.agganis.com
Agganis Driving School remains competitive in pricing when compared with real driving schools, However, they will not sacrifice the content or quality of their program to compete with the price of the Mom & Pop driving schools operating with only 1 or 2 employees, out of their homes, or at the local YMCA, using their own personal vehicles for instruction. Your children’s safety and future depends on the driver education provider you chose.

PLEASE READ! As you know the comments posted here can be written by anyone. well, the negative comments you will read have been posted by another driving school. This is one of the ways they try to attract business. PROOF? I ask anyone reading this to do what I have and investigate these comments,...how you ask?... well, I'll give you a couple of facts and then you can follow the sent,...see where it leads you. 1. The owner of first class auto school began teaching at Tanner City Driving School in Peabody and then decided to open up a school of her own in Wilmington,...right between Tri-Town and Agganis Driving School. 2. Her name is Debra Smith,....maiden name Debra Laughlin. 3. Please read comments made about Tri-town Driving School, Agganis Driving School, Tanner City Auto School and of course First Class Auto School!!!...specifically the comments dated June 21, 06. (on each of these schools) After you read these comments please respond by commenting to each of the schools I have listed. All of us associated would appreciate your thoughts on this disturbing issue. (who do you think wrote these comments?) Please choose your driver education provider carefully...most of them conduct themselves in a very unscrupulous manner. The fact that this individual resorted in this type of underhanded business practice disgusts me! |

This company has successfully raised the standard of drivers ed in mass. I give a lot of credit for that. No one else seems to think a driving education is important. Lets face it, attitudes toward driving need to change. I hope everyone starting out can receive the highest education possible for all of our safety. Price should be no object. Don't put much stock in what you hear from a teen. Most of these comments are untrue. Accidents are caused by irresponsible behaviors. |

Most of the comments on this page are false. Not only does Agganis give their students more information, but also a better outlook of the road ahead. I would fully recommend this driving school to anyone searching for a reliable driving school! |

I'm sure this school prepares it's students as well, if not better, than it's competitors. My only advice, to those who might not realize that, as in all marketplaces, there are "Chevy" prices and "Caddilac" prices. This school is most definitely at or near the top of the price rankings. If you can afford the higher prices or need to stay local, by all means enroll. But if money doesn't grow on trees, just ASK ALL the questions up front about ALL fees you will be responsible - from the first day of class to the final day when your proud teenager is holding that new license. You may decide to keep researching. Either way, good luck to you. |

I thought this school would be up to standards, especially because it cost nearly $500, but I've already been in 3 accidents and my other friend, Michelle was in 2 last summer. The school didn't teach up anything and classes let out early sometimes, i thought it was because they taught us alot already. I failed the driving test the first time, mainly because i didn't know what the guy was talking about. But hey, it's your choice is u want to go here. My other friends went to First Class Auto School in Wilmington and its cheaper and you get more out if it. |

Attended summer session in june. What a waste of my parents money! I was told by the owner "oh don't worry.......you've been watching your parents drive for your entire life you don't need observation". Now it's august and I've failed my road test twice! What a disgrace! Stay away from this place. Chris is the owner...what a jerk! |

Every class let out a half hour to an hour early, so technically I didn't meet the state requirement. Driving lessons consisted of 15 minutes or less (sometimes no) of observation time and the instructor (the owner of the school) talked on his cell phone the entire time. |

This is the worst driving school ever. i went and only got 20 minutes of class time and 2 hours of driving time! i dont think that meets the DMV's set standards! i am enraged that i spent so much and got so little, ive already been in 4 accidents and my best friend got really hurt. |
