Deborah does get some safety points across to the kids, when they are not being yelled at for having a wrong answer or having to listen to her personal inapropriate stories of her and Bob, including a story of a woman in a restaurnat with her breast hanging low, nice subject for class with teenagers. Also spends alot of time running down other driving schools. I am hoping to get my childs driving lessons done. though in school now an you need to call between 10 and 2 to make a lesson. I am going to call although they have been told if the parents call they will not let us make the appointment, we will be told to have our student call. I wished I knew what I know now and would have never dealt with first class auto.

First Class Auto does a great job with teaching you the "rules of the road". They take the time and realize what you need more work on and what you are doing wrong. However, this school is not for a student who is looking to finish quickly. If you have the full six months to get classes and road lessons done, you should be fine. Im getting my liscence a month late due to a small difficulty to schedual road lessons quickly. Debra's stories are related to driving, although she may get off topic slightly. I deffinately learned alot and would recommend this school for the "non-rushing" drivers.

This woman has a bad attitude. The customer service sucks! This school seems to be ill equipped to handle the new demand for driving lessons.

Can't get lessons for months. We price shopped and got screwed. No problem taking money for class then good luck getting your license on time or even close. I feel bad for the kids who wanted to drive by the end of the summer.

I'll start off with the good. This is a very good program. As people here have said, Debra is very serious about making sure you know your stuff before she lets you do anything and her goal of making sure you know how to drive as opposed to just passing the liscense test is very reassuring. Her assistant Nancy, whom i had for the last two classes, was very well trained. That being said, MUCH of my 8 hours every sunday and monday for a couple weeks was indeed filled with Debra's life story, how much she loves Bob, and how horrible we all are for even thinking of driving without knowing the rules of the road. She went so far as to call one particular rant at us her "Jewish guilt trip" which i thought was a very inappropriate remark to make to a group of high school students. She then went on to tell a story about how her husband and she went to a resturaunt and were amazed at how low a woman's breasts were on her chest, which again i found very much inappropriate. Sadly of the five 6-hour classes i had, the last two where she left and her assistant Nancy taught were the ones where we really learned what we needed. Nancy even commented to us as we left the last day, "remember what you learned, Debra loves Bob, you all are horrible people that just want to get your hours and get out, etc..." All in all, this is a really good program. I've yet to take any road lessons with them, but they have a strict no cell phones policy even if you're observing, and i've only heard good things about the lessons. Despite Debra's tendency to talk about completely off topic matters, she does hammer home points like don't drink and drive, learn the rules, etc. For a less refined high school student, the class would be very entertaining, but for someone like me who takes things seriously, i was very put off by Debra's attitude and mannerisms.

My husband and I have sent 3 of our very nervous learning drivers to First Class Auto. Each one of them came home from class with a greater appreciation for how serious learning to drive was. They conveyed to us that the staff of the school were very passionate about what they were teaching. I highly recomend this school. All 3 of our daughters are excellent drivers!! Thanks to Debra and staff!! 5 stars!

I thought the class was great and if you were listening to the stories you have heard that they were about driving! And you should be "ashamed" for not knowing the rules of the road. I really liked the school and how much they cared.

My instructor for the classroom portion of drivers ed was the most obnoxious person I had ever met. I learned more about her life story than I did about driving. When she is not telling long winded stories about herself and her family, she is scolding the students for not knowing what she has not taught. She repeatedly said throughout the course to several students that they should be "ashamed of themselves" for driving before knowing all of the rules of the road.

In my opinion this should be the only Auto school, Debra is very passionate and treated me like her own daughter. She really cares about whether her students can drive or not and she wont let them get there license until she knows it's safe for them to do so. She follows the rules and shes resposable. Thank you Erica
