Just by putting your business in Newark, you should show more courtesy to potential patrons... When I called a few minutes ago, the person who answered the phone acted as if I inconvenienced her with my questions. She wouldn't even let me finish my sentences. No me gustan.

They wanted me to pay in advance for my training are they crazy what if they dont show up!!! LOL and yes the lady is rude!!! i agree

If you call they provide a terrible customer service. You call and if you ask questions the assistant gets angry and make sarcastic comments. You cannot book lessons in advance, as other academies do, if you do not go personally and pay for it. In conclusion if the customer service is so bad i cannot imagine how bad is the teaching. If they do not have patience to answer simple questions regarding their service, I imagine how impatient they will be while teaching. In conclusion, poor very poor.
