i passed my driving test the first time thanks to dawn she is a great teacher so if you are going to franks auto school ask for dawn or even Samantha they both know what they are doing and you wont be dissapointed

HORRIBLE SERVICE

It took him 4 weeks since i bought my van to come back and tell me that i need to change my name on the insurance card. Once i did, he comes back and says that he need more time while my temp plates had expired. So i decided to take matters into my own hand and went to his office picked up the docs and headed to DMV. He gave me an incomplete set of documents that were missing the original Bill of Sale and even the new insurance Card. Stay away from this place.

my first time driving ever and george drop me int he middle of heavy traffic in farack.. crazy school. avoid dawn at all costs and try and get a refund when possible.. these people are brainless and unprofessional. all they did was scream and when they werent they were tyring to flirt with me. sad

Itook my then 3 hour pre licsening class back in '84. I have taken my defensive driving class every 3 years since. THEY USE THE SAME VIDEOS! Get something new guys!

Fallon is the worse instructor EVER. She talks about everything under the sun, while you are trying to learn to drive and she refers to all maneuvers as rap songs. She thinks by reciting the lyrics to some songs, it will help you remember certain driving maneuvers..Go figure. She's a sweet girl, but She's a HORRIBLE driving instructor.

I took my 5 hour test there along with my step mother and the instructor made us feel at ease and welcomed. He also gave us excellent information about what and what not to expect on the road test.
