hey what do you expect. only game in town and you people support this man....call the state deptartment if you have problems or complaints and let them know what is going on.........

Couldn't reach by phone after several attempts. Had to cancel driver's test because he wouldn't call back so we could pick up my daughter's certificate. Took two 1/2 months to even finish the in-car and class because there was over a month wait AFTER the class was completed. Needed the license by Aug. and am still waiting for the certificate 3 months later! Definately would like a refund, but will settle for informing others to stay away.

what a racket. this man takes your money and runs, but hey , people go to him because he runs a very relaxed school and takes many breaks. he is too busy trying to be the only man in town. i would check this man and the school out before i would send my child there. this school shouldnt even be allowed to operate.

This man has the only game in town and will do anything to keep it that way. No way should your child, especially daughtes be left alon with this driving school. My suggestion is to find another school even if it means driving to canton. what a racket!!!1

IF they actually keep your schedule, they do good. Otherwise, they really dont ever answer their phone and they flip your schedule around. They did this twice to me and said, "Oh, you must have written it down wrong, blah blah blah." I know I wrote it right. My daughter also hates the instructors, one in particular who she is completely creeped out by and wouldnt do in car with. He calls himself "New Scott." However, they do teach the Cone Test awesomely.

Best driving school in stark county! Others make you wait months to do your in-car and at arrow they get your in-car done before its time to take your license test!

just plain sucks

They lied from the beginning about when my son would start driving. They don't answer their phones or return calls unless you are calling to get your child started in driving class. Today was the first day my son was to be picked up from school by the Arrow School in Hartville at 2:30 and they never showed up or called. They have 3 phone numbers to call me and my husband at and they didn't even do that. Same man runs both Hartville and Alliance school. Find someone else because these guys have poor customer service, they lie & they leave your child stranded at the school with out calling and they were paid in full.

took my daughter here but after talking with owner, just doesnt feel right leaving her there

doesnt seem to keep regular hours or return messages. i will find another school
