Top driver instructor screamed at our daughter and grabbed her arm swore at her. Are they teaching them to drive or giving them a nervous breakdown!!!! He put her to tears!!! I want to stop these people now!!! Elyria office- I got no respect when reported this to Head man Bob!!! Didn't even offer to schedule with another driver!!! Beware they won't even return your calls!!!
