My niece and nephew went there and I paid for their courses. I paid Ms. Howe over $2000 for both of them. I was told that I would have to pay for testing for both and I asked how much more and she told me it would be just $85 more per child. I asked her if that was originally included with the price for my niece and nephew and she said no. I looked at the price list that she wrote out which I had in my glove box of my car. It said that testing was included. When I called she was quite rude to me and called me a FUC$#NG AS@H#L%. I was in shock. I hung up the phone and drove over there and told her to say it to my face. She told me to get out and cursed at me. I asked my niece and nephew if they were happy there and they told me that she scared them both and they saw her kissing another woman on more than one occasion. I like to be fair to everyone and I think that if you are working with children it is not professional to kiss anyone in front of the class. They also told me that the kids sign into the classes and just walk out and get full credit! What a liar Ms. Howe is. I really should have done my homework instead of listening to my teenage niece and nephew. We all would have been better satisfied going elsewhere. I am going to take them to small claims and demand that the DMV investigate this company for illegal activities. I am sure that if a student is not in class then they cannot issue a certificate, and I am sure that if they do its illegal! Also they sell the certificates to who ever has a few hundred dollars more to pay them! I thought I could do better for them. The sad thing is that their parents both died in a car accident and she never taught them anything. She only put Gone in 60 seconds and said, "don't do that." I will update this as I attempt to get satisfaction. I will not rest until they are taught properly, even if I have to go to another school and have them start all over.

I graduated from this driving school a few months ago, and I must say I was very pleased. I felt like I got a great driving education from them, and I also felt like I was prepared quite well for the road. The staff was very nice and helpful to me, they will answer any questions you might have. I highly reccomend this driving school!!

perhaps due to nerves or most of the time due to the parent's not providing the additional driving time that the the state requires that they do and just sign that they did-too busy or I won't let them (their) son or daughter near their car-what"s more important? I was very pleased with the proffessionalism with Howe and will reccommend them to anyone who cares about quality instruction.

I have sent all my children to Howe over the past years. They do a wonderful job I was impressed with the curriculum and the instructors.

I was very dissatisfied with Howe Driving School in Monroe. The lady in the office is the ruddies person I have ever met. I feel that they deliberately failed my son. He is very upset and doesn't want to retest at Howe. They told him on Monday that they had two spots open for July testing. I went back on Tuesday the spots were gone and didn't want anything to do with us. Very dissatisfied. The Better Business Bureau had better get involved with this driving school so no one else is hurt. After all, its the kids that are getting hurt not the parents. Who would hurt kids like this. I am very upset with Howe Driving School and will spread the word very quickly to my children's friends parents through the high school.

I called up this afternoon and ms. howe told me that i should come in with a check for 500 for a full course. when i came in she was rude to my father and even insulted my religion. I am catholic and she told me that all priests are child molesters and that all catholics are just prejudice to other christians. she also told my father that she calls dmv to complain on other driving schools that get more kids than she does because she says that she is a better person, even though she swore at us and told my father that he looks like saddam hussein. I took this as not a joke, but an insult. she is a very evil person. my father told her that he would think about it, but when we left we laughed at her and said never. i am going to go through my school and recommend that everyone does the same.

I just wanted everyone to know that when I called up on friday the price was more expensive than on monday. i asked ms. howe how the prices went down so quickly and she said that the price did not include testing or driving hours. i added up everything and it was over $1000.00 for the full course and all you have to do is watch gone in 60 seconds and other movies like that. my friends told me that I would not have to do anything, but i want to learn how to live, not howe to die.

I took a course there two years ago in Stratford. When I failed my test the owner laughed at me. I told my father and he was very upset. It took me two years just to get back into the car and finally get my liscense with another driving school who did not laugh at me. I was not happy at all with this school. I should have never gone to this school. They didn't even prepare me for the test. I feel that they stole my money. Be very careful if you want to sign up here, there are other driving schools out there! Go to one of them, not this one.

Both my daughters went to Howe for driver's ed and both passed their driving tests on the first try. Their classes meet 2-4 or 4-6 on weekends and also on Saturday mornings so their hours are convenient. I plan to send my youngest there in a few months!
