I thought they were great. You need to leave a message but you will get a call back very quickly. I was able to schedule the road time easily and the driving test through the school. I have another child turning 16 and we will be call them again. I was a very satisfied customer!

Extremely difficult to contact. There appears to be a real lack of organization. I have been waiting for my sons certificate for months and no one has returned my call

Awful. Highly unorganized, and difficult to get in contact with. Three out of the four drive times scheduled, the instructor was either late, or showed up to the wrong place. Also, the techniques for parking taught in the drive times ended up being impracticable during the actual test. The policy of not scheduling license testing at the school until thirteen people apply, leave some waiting for months after they are ready to take testing. After deciding to go to the DMV to take the test, rather than waiting, I was instructed by the academy on the process of the testing with through the DMV. The information was COMPLETELY false and cost me four trips to the DMV.

hard to get a hold of and they have no set plan for drive time so instead of doing different skills every time, you practically do the same thing every drive time, and skills necessary for the test are easily forgotten
