the school has one serious problem, its the manager!!! If you worked there you would understand, the instructors and the customer service reps of the company really try their hardest to make the company shine but they can only do what they are told by their boss!!!Other driving schools mentioned by the other employees on here are not even following the rules by MVA, which could mean that a student might have to redo the class because that company didn't teach or document the information/procedures company needed to. Though this company has one big problem, if you really look at the other places you will see thats they actually may have more problems then just a manager... If you dont have to deal with the manager you will have a wonderful expierence |

Miss Staci was a great teacher! Mr. Lovette was an incredible behind the wheel instructor. However, there were several things I didn't like about the school in Ellicott City. First, it's not handicap accessible. It smells like mold all the time. There is only one bathroom for men and women to use and it's filthy!
There's no water fountain and the technology is old. Who still uses VCRs and tvs? Very outdated. The room is very small and cramped. The office manager is very, very rude. She has a bad attitude and poor customer service. I would not recommend this school because of the office manager. I think her name is Val. She's the old lady. Whoever owns this school should get rid of her. |

Lil is absolutly wrong. If her son wasn't such a distraction during our class then maybe Ms. Stacy would not have "enforced" the late rules. She is way cool and I actually enjoyed the class and learned alot which I thought would suck monkey balls. My only problem is the classroom is cramped and dark. |

Instructor was good but the management is terrible. They are inconsistent the ir rules and decide to enforce lateness the next to the last class (which was the first class my son was late by 11 minutes). I had to go back and bring my son home. The manager really did not care. Although I respect following a rule they should have had the courtesy of alerting the parents with the changes. Now we need to find another day to make up the class. |

I did drivers ed last year at the riverhill pool and I loved it. Mr Antonio was the coolest ever. He likes to have fun while teaching which made us pay attention. i thought it was going to be boring but he actually taught us a lot and plus he went out his way to help us, eventhough the office lady was a major jerk. He remembered my name a year later and my english teacher still doesnt know who I am. haha |

I didn't even get a chance to find out and payment plans or schedule driving for my son because I was completely turned off my the rudeness of the Lady who answered the phone. |

I called to enrol my daughter and the lady who answered was far from nice. I wanted to clarify the payment plan I saw on the internet and she said "can you read? What does it say" Rude and bad customer service. I won't enrol my child there! |

this company lies to students and is not well run at all. there is Gregs and I Drive Smart...both have their flaws but DO NOT GO TO EASY METHOD!!!!!!! They once even wanted me to take money from a student who did not owe money and when i called the manager the manager told me "Well if she is going to give us some more money take it"...i was shocked... |

the behind the wheel was fine, but i was sick and missed a classroom lesson. i made the class up a month later and now they were about to send me the certificate, but they said they don't have the paperwork for the missing class. I am really pissed off with their organization and now i will end up getting my drivers license a month later and i had to go through all the trouble of rearranging my driving test!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

the company in itself is not bad. the instructors at excellent but they are under more pressure by VAL then they are behind the wheel with students. Our turnover rate is very high for this reason |

I scheduled my in class and drive times at the same time to get it over with quickly, and they offered a payment plan of four months. I scheduled my drivers test 2 weeks after i completed everything and my teacher told me my certificate would come in in 7-10 days. No certificate. I called and they said i had to pay it all out before i could get my certificate, no one told me of this, and i had to cancel my appointment. When i called to see if they were sending it after i payed it off, the woman on the phone was rude and told me," it's not my job to keep track of your stuff." Do not go here, it takes too much time and is not worth it. |

I had requested for a driving session (mentoring) for 1 hour. I was told if i cancel, i wont be charged (thats the reason i went ahead with the booking). I cancelled in around 10 minutes by calling you. But the charges are not reversed even now and today when i called, they said that the charges are not reversed for this kind of program. I am highly disappointed and frustrated with their service and behaviour on call. Last but not the least, I dont understand the reason for them being so rude !!! AVOID !!! |
