1. Eligibility: The Mooch Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to the residents physically residing in the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia who are at least fourteen (14) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies and any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate in or win Sweepstakes prizes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST"), June 23, 2008 and ends at 7:59 a.m. PST, October 28, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, navigate to the DriversEd.com website or the mooch campaign micro-site ( http://mooch.driversed.com) and click on “Mooch Sweepstakes.” All entries become property of the Sponsor.
- By registering, you will be agreeing that your registration and any other information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and may be shared with Sponsor’s affiliated business entities, and that you automatically opt-in to receive email, text messages or other communications from Sponsor. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email or communications by following the directions in the email, communications or by contacting Sponsor directly.
All registrations must include Entrant's valid email address. The email address provided by online Entrants will be the identity of the Entrant and, if selected for a prize, the identity of the winner. By participating, all Entrants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules.
- The use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Sweepstakes Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
5. POTENTIAL WINNERS: ALL POTENTIAL WINNING PLAYS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY, AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.
6. Prizes and Winning Prize Selection:

Winning entries will be selected at random. The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. All winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
To participate in the Sweepstakes an Entrant must register for the Sweepstakes. Within seven (7) days of registering, Entrant will receive an email notification of their award, if any. Entrant shall have the sole responsibility to record and maintain the Prize Code necessary to claim the prize. Sponsor will not be responsible for tracking and retrieving Prize Codes. Entrant must claim nay awarded prize within one (1) year of the date the prize was awarded. Any prize not claimed within one (1) year will be void at Sponsor’s option.
No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees (collectively, "Taxes") associated with prize receipt. All prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians on their behalf. 7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for Sweepstake purposes in any and all media without further payment or consideration.
8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek the damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. When applicable, a winning Entrant (or, if the winning Entrant is a minor, the Entrant's parent or legal guardian) may be required to execute and return to Sponsor within ten (10) business days an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release to be eligible for the prize or an alternate winner will be selected. A winning Entrant may be required to furnish proof of identity, address and birth date in order to receive a prize. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
9. Release: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, Interactive Solutions, Inc. (d/b/a DriversEd.com and WebTrafficSchool.com) and any Sweepstakes partners, each of their related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Sweepstakes or resulting directly of indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.
10. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize awarded.
11. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and that the United States District Court for the Northern District of California or the appropriate California State Court located in Alameda County, California shall exclusive jurisdiction over any such matter; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
